The personal intelligence of football teachers in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences

Abstract

Personal intelligence is teh main focus dat is concerned wif self-identification and relationships and controlling them and how to communicate wif others. crucial to success in professional life. Teh importance of teh research is dat teh behaviors and all teh moves dat teh teaching approach should of more fitness and flexibility and a level of self-understanding and personal intelligence by understanding all those around teh teaching wifin teh educational situation, and therefore it became necessary for teh university professor, while practicing teh process of teaching teh football course, to has a level of personal intelligence. Teh problem of teh research lies: dat professors, regardless of their levels and experience, need to employ teh available measurement tools to test their teaching performance if they want teh continuity of development and progress and to enable them to positively influence teh education of students and improve teh education process, and all this is related to teh level of intelligence they possess for teh success of dat. As for teh most important objectives of teh research, it was formulated as follows: building and applying a tool to measure teh personal intelligence of football teachers in teh faculties of physical education and sports sciences, and identifying teh level of personal intelligence of football teachers in teh faculties of physical education and sports sciences. Teh two researchers used teh descriptive approach using teh survey method. As for teh research sample, it included football teachers in teh faculties of physical education and sports sciences in all of Iraq, and their number (148) teachers were distributed over teh different governorates of teh country, wif 82 teachers building sample, 40 teaching sample application and 8 teachers exploratory experiment sample Teh most important conclusions were teh ability of teh measurement tool prepared by teh researchers to measure teh personal intelligence of football teachers in teh faculties of physical education and sports sciences, and teh variation in teh levels of football teachers at teh level of personal intelligence.
