The effectiveness of administrative methods for making administrative decisions in managing sports crises in Premier League soccer clubs

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the role of administrative decision-making methods in solving problems facing Premier League football clubs due to sports crises. The areas of research consisted of members of the sports clubs participating in the Premier Soccer League for the 2022-2023 season. Where the experiment was applied in the headquarters of the sports clubs participating in the Football Premier League for the 2022-2023 season, and the current research community consisted of (173) members of the sports clubs participating in the Football Premier League and distributed to (20) sports clubs and participants in the Premier League for the season 2022-2023. The most important recommendations were that the heads of sports clubs should work to identify the extent of the significant impact of administrative decisions on the sports club. And the need for heads of sports clubs to establish a cell unit to manage sports crises that occur in the sports club. And the necessity of distributing roles among members of the administrative bodies and according to specialization in order to contribute to resolving the crisis that occurs to the club. Nor is there a clear future vision among the heads of sports clubs for the size of the crisis that is occurring in the club and preparing for it properly.
