Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the effective role of the academic leaders of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in making the decisive administrative decision from the point of view of the faculty member. In different proportions, the most important recommendations were to enhance seriousness in dealing with faculty members in the correct manner and to avoid boredom and monotony in dealing with decisions, especially with faculty members. And holding workshops and training courses for academic leaders in order to develop their administrative side. And work to enhance the long-term strategic vision of academic leaders in order to achieve the goals properly. And work on an annual evaluation of the academic leaders for periodic follow-up by knowing the ways of their correct methods in dealing with critical decisions.
