Organizational adaptation of workers in the directorates of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and a course in achieving job stability from their point of view
Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the reality of organizational adaptation of workers in the directorates of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and a role in achieving job stability from their point of view. Directorates, where (80%) was taken from the community, and the research sample amounted to (292) from the two years, as the research sample was taken from the exploratory experience amounting to (10) workers at a rate of (3%) from a sample of stability amounting to (30) workers at a rate (10%), thus remaining (252) with a rate of (86%) of the workers as an application sample. The most prominent recommendations were the need to encourage the directors of the directorates of the Ministry of Youth and Sports to hold periodic meetings with the workers in order to encourage and motivate them to work properly. And the need for the directors of the directorates of the Ministry of Youth and Sports to provide all the necessary data and requirements needed by the workers in the directorates. The directors of the directorates of the Ministry of Youth and Sports must take into account the desires and tendencies of the workers in the directorates.
