The triple jump is one of the athletics events, which is characterized by speed, strength and excitement. As for the problem of the research, it is in order to identify the effect of the change in body conditions when different strength training exercises with body weight or against relative resistance in the development of the level of technical performance and achievement. As for the research method, the researcher used the experimental method as it fits with the research problem. Varied jumping exercises as a special strength to develop each of the strength of the motor paths of the triple jump players.
