Personal characteristics of artistic gymnastics lesson teachers and their relationship to the level of their teaching competence during the lesson from the students’ point of view

The aim of the research is to prepare a questionnaire for the personal characteristics of teachers of artistic gymnastics from the point of view of female students. And to prepare a questionnaire for the teaching competencies of teachers of artistic gymnastics from the point of view of female students. And to identify the personal characteristics of teachers of artistic gymnastics from the point of view of female students. And to identify the teaching competencies of teachers of artistic gymnastics. From the point of view of the female students. And to find the correlation between the personal traits and the teaching competencies of teachers of artistic gymnastics from the point of view of the female students. The current research population was determined from all the female students of the (second and third) stage for the morning study in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - College of Basic Education. -Al-Mustansiriya University, where their number reached (54) female students distributed over the two stages (the second and third). The researcher took the population as a whole, with a percentage of (100%) due to the small size of the population, and that sample was relied upon in preparing the two scales and applying them to the same sample. The most prominent recommendations were the necessity of using modern methods used in teaching artistic gymnastics, which helps to improve and develop the lesson correctly. Increasing the incentive to encourage and reward students who perform the exercises correctly during the lesson.
