Administrative processes for heads of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate from the point of view of members Its administrative bodies

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the level of administrative operations for heads of Iraqi sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate from the point of view of members of the administrative body. For the purpose of achieving this goal, the researchers resorted to building a measure of the administrative processes of heads of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate, where the researchers used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the current research, and the research community included members of the administrative bodies of (14) sports clubs who received an evaluation by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.   2022-2023. A group of statistical methods were used to reach the results. The researchers concluded that heads of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate resort to adopting sound administrative procedures based on administrative principles and elements that guarantee the achievement of good results. The researchers recommend the necessity of urging members within the sports club to adopt the correct scientific foundations when developing and designing various sports programs.
