Recreational exercises and their impact on decreasing anxiety for the practical sports lesson among students of non-specialized colleges

The first-stage students in all non-specialized faculties have practical and theoretical sports activity, and while they engage in this weekly activity, they may be exposed to psychological pressures resulting from some internal and external factors that affect their emotion, whether the emotion is negative or positive, which may affect their effectiveness and thus affect the result of their activity. During the emergence of a state of anxiety in their performance of all the sports activities given to them by the people’s officials in those colleges. The significance of the research lies in identifying the anxiety of the situation that students in these colleges are affected by some physiological indicators (blood pressure rate, heart rate), and putting exercises Recreational (psychological) to raise this psychological aspect (status anxiety) and make them in the best state of health integrated with other aspects such as (physical, skill..etc) to perform what is required of them and that this takes a large part of the specialists’ thinking and is able to perform his duty to the fullest and better image, and the lack of use of recreational programs (psychological) with learning the skills given by officials of sports activities in colleges other than the specialization of most sports and through personal interviews , a questionnaire prepared by the researcher to know the application of recreational (psychological) programs within their extra-curricular activities and focus on the aspect of anxiety and its effects, so the researcher decided to delve into this problem to identify the level of anxiety among students of non-specialized colleges through their practice of extra-curricular activities and then put recreational (psychological) exercises within the lessons prepared by the officials of extra-curricular activities in these colleges to reduce the anxiety through physiological indicators (high blood pressure, increased heart rate) and put them at the disposal of workers and specialists in these colleges to benefit from it to raise their level and reach the best performance of the skills given and in all activities. The purpose of the study is to prepare recreational (psychological) exercises and apply them in extra-curricular activities for students of non-specialized colleges to reduce the anxiety of their condition, and to identify this anxiety through physiological indicators (high blood pressure, increased heart rate), and are these recreational (psychological) exercises have clear and tangible effect on changing this psychological aspect (state anxiety) for some of them, and are there differences between those who carry out these recreational (psychological) exercises within the Extra-curricular activities practice when they perform some skills in various activities and others in the same sample?
