The sword fencing event is one of the activities practiced by people with disabilities on chairs, and it requires a quick motor response from the disabled person. The optimal choice and use of the training method, the method of performing the exercises, and the appropriate amount of effort is crucial in creating a spirit of challenge and motivating players to achieve faster and more accurate movements. Circular exercises are one of the Effective training methods in achieving the development of speed and movement among disabled players. Through the researcher’s work, the researcher noticed that there is a weakness among Iraqi players in response speed, and this may be one of the most important reasons why traditional training programs are insufficient to develop the speed requirements of disabled players.
