Abstract

 Abstract

The research aims to identify the values of some kinematic variables for the normal distance and the wide distance between the two fists in the chest lift section for advanced lifters. Building a model of the kinetic path of the weight in the chest lift section for the normal distance and the wide distance between the fists in the chest lift section for advanced lifters.

The researchers assumed that there is a difference in the shape of the motor path of the chest lift section between the normal distance and the wide distance between the two fists (the center) in the chest lift section for advanced lifters. The motor model of the weight path in the chest lift section converges with international models for advanced lifters.

The researchers used the descriptive method in both analytical and comparative methods to suit the nature of the research.

The research sample consisted of (5) applicants, who were intentionally selected from among the applicants in Nineveh Governorate. The researchers used measurement, testing, questionnaires, and technical scientific observation, and they were achieved with three high-speed video cameras (240 images/second) (AKASO v50 elite) placed at a height of (97) centimeters and a distance of (316) centimeters on the right and left sides and in front.
