The level of good skill performance of the player and maintaining this level during the course of the fight in its three rounds in full is considered the actual indicator of the player’s actual capabilities and his high level of training in applying the skills to the opponent in an effective manner and without a drop in performance during the course of the fight. Therefore, the researcher decided to design exercises using rubber ropes that work To develop endurance in punching skills among emerging boxers, as the research aims to identify special exercises with rubber ropes to develop endurance and diversity of skill performance. The researcher used the experimental approach, which is appropriate to the nature of the problem. A sample of the National Center’s boxers, numbering (10) boxers, was chosen for an experimental group. One, and after conducting statistical treatments, the researcher concluded that the use of exercises with rubber ropes has a major positive role on the players, whether from the physical or the skill aspect. The researcher attributes the development that occurred as a result of the training represented by the variation in intensity according to the training load to withstand the performance and in a way that is compatible with the capabilities of the boxers, especially if they are These exercises, which are trained by boxers, are similar to the nature of competition performance.
