Abstract

The cohesion of the team players in football is the result of all the forces that work to keep the team members together. Team cohesion as a trend towards inclusion in team membership and the strength of attraction in team membership and the characteristics which present make access to membership one of the hopes that can be achieved. There is no doubt that every sports team differs from the other in the extent to which its players can satisfy their individual needs. The players’ participation in developing, implementing and evaluating training plans, as well as participating in drawing up his plans in competitions, are among the factors that make each player feel his value and place in the team. Psychological homogeneity that helps each player feel that his contributions are necessary for the team to achieve its goals. Also, the cohesion of the sports team increases if the relationships between the players are based on cooperation  more than having these relationships on a competitive basis. The research aims to:
