Abstract

For the success of any sports work, there must be an effective and efficient supervisory administration that has the ability to instill enthusiasm in the hearts of those in charge of sports work and direct and coordinate efforts in the required manner through good relations by making good and appropriate decisions for each situation, and we also mention the role of these administrative bodies in influencing others, gain their obedience and respect, and spread the spirit of cooperation among them and motivate them, all through the effective administrative supervision of these bodies. In order for administrative supervision to play its role as a distinct method in the development and advancement of administrative work, it must develop its concepts, methods and patterns, and become a fundamental and effective role in developing the capabilities of the working administrators in administrative bodies and developing their capabilities by providing them with knowledge, skills and positive trends that enable them to perform its work efficiently. It becomes clear to us the importance of the role of effective administrative supervision in the administrative bodies of sports clubs and the extent of its impact on the performance of the work of these departments, which necessitates the existence of an effective and efficient supervisory administration that has the ability to excel in administrative work, so effective administrative supervision is one of the main and important pillars in managing the business of clubs. The researcher used the descriptive approach with the survey method because it is more appropriate to the nature of the problem, so the research sample was chosen by the (intentional) method.
