The problem of the research was embodied in the great disparity in the administrative performance of the officials of the sports and scouting activity divisions, and the lack of accurate knowledge of the level of these departments through building and codifying a measure of administrative performance specific to this category of institutions in order to contribute to controlling and organizing their administrative work to raise the general level of sports activity for the better. What highlights the importance of studying job performance as a science is that administrative work, by its nature, is inseparable from its technical content in order to obtain high administrative competence for workers in the field of sports. As for the objectives of the research, they centered on building a measure of the administrative performance of people’s officials in sports and scouting activities, from the point of view of teachers and educators. Physical education and sports sciences, and knowing their level of administrative performance, the descriptive approach was used using the survey method because it is the most appropriate to the nature of the problem and achieving the objectives of the research. One of the most important conclusions is that the officials of the sports and scouting activities divisions in Thi-Qar Governorate enjoy good levels of administrative performance from the point of view of teachers of physical education and sports sciences.
