It is considered one of the training methods as it is an effective method in this field that plays a role in developing muscular strength, and given the importance of the element the strength of wrestlers and the scarcity of research in this field, therefore, the researchers decided to address this topic due to its utmost importance in developing the technical performance in the game of wrestling by developing the physical level of the wrestlers, especially the strength in particular. As for the research problem, the researchers noted that there is a weakness in the physical requirements of the Iraqi wrestler, especially the players of the Diwaniyah Governorate team, especially the strength related to the game, strength. Explosiveness, strength characterized by speed, when he applied the holds despite his mastery of the technical and tactical aspects, which led to wasting the available opportunities to achieve good results, as well as the lack of many of our coaches in using scientific means and methods to develop the physical abilities of wrestling, which was clearly reflected in the results of the Iraqi teams participating in the tournaments.
