Abstract

The importance of the research was demonstrated in designing an endurance test for the skill performance of the most important Al-Sakif and Al-Abbasi grips for the purpose of evaluating them continuously during training and competition and giving the real figure of their level in the hands of the relevant trainers for the purpose of treating and improving them in training. The problem of the research became clear, which is to build a test that measures the level of endurance for these two grips and follow up on their development in training and in an atmosphere similar to that of competition. Given the lack of such important tests, which is the problem of the research. The research aims to design and codify a test to measure the endurance of the skill performance of the grips (Kinda and Abbasiya) for wrestlers aged (18-20) years and weighing (65-86) kg, to find levels and standards for evaluating the endurance of the skill performance of the grips (Kinda and Abbasiya) for wrestlers aged (18-20). One year and weighing (65-86) kg.
