An analytical study of the reality of implementing the Asian licensing law for clubs participating in the Professional Football League from the point of view of members of administrative bodies

This study aimed to know the factors that hinder clubs from implementing the standards of the Asian Licensing Law from the point of view of members of the administrative bodies, as well as identifying the problems and obstacles facing the members of the administrative bodies in implementing the requirements of the Asian Licensing Law.
The research community and the sample of the current study were determined from (100) members of the administrative body represented by (20) sports clubs. The number of questionnaires returned and valid for research reached (100) questionnaires, which represents (100%) of the research community, and (the licenses scale) was used. (Asian from the point of view of members of the administrative bodies in the Iraqi League) The researchers concluded that the success of sports clubs in applying the standards of the Asian licensing law depends on the efficiency of the performance of the administrative body and its expertise, and the clubs face great challenges in providing training facilities and official stadiums, in addition to the fact that they need a large percentage of these clubs. To improve and develop its infrastructure. The researchers recommended holding training and development courses for members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs and working to remove the obstacles that limit the lack of provision of stadiums and training halls for sports clubs, as well as working to provide the necessary financial allocations to improve and develop the infrastructure and establish stadiums and training facilities for sports clubs
