Abstract

Football clubs are sports organizations aiming to encourage the practice of football and the development of sports talent, by following a set of administrative and organizational procedures to ensure their effectiveness and success. Club management includes many aspects such as managing players and coaches, financial, marketing and media aspects, as well as the technical and tactical aspects, the researcher followed the descriptive approach using both survey and correlation methods, and the research community was limited to members of the administrative bodies of first-class football clubs in Iraq, who number (208) members. These members represent (26) clubs active in the first division football league, and the researcher chose them all to form the main research sample using a comprehensive inventory method. The main research sample consisted of (208) members of the administrative bodies of football clubs in Iraq, and the researcher divided them into It is divided into three sub-samples: the first sample is the exploratory sample, numbering (8) members, the second is the statistical analysis sample, numbering (120) members, and the third sample is the final application sample, numbering (80) members. The researcher concluded that members of the administrative bodies in first-class football clubs are distinguished by a moderate level of flexibility in performing their administrative tasks from their personal point of view.
