The effect of exercises according to the competitive education strategy in attacking from positions (1) and (6) in the game ofvolleyball for female students
Abstract
The research aimed to prepare exercises in accordance with the competitive education strategy to improve attack from positions (1) and (6) in volleyball for fifth-grade female students in Al-Amal Preparatory School for Girls. These exercises were applied for a period of two months, at the rate of two educational units per week, on the research sample, which is (36) female students for the academic year 2023-2024, who were selected (by random method) and then divided (by lottery method) into two equal groups, with a ratio of (18) female students for each group (the control group). and experimental), some tests related to the research topic were conducted, which relate to attacking from positions (1) and (6) in volleyball for female students. The results showed significant differences for exercises prepared according to the competitive education strategy in improving attack from positions (1) and (6) in the game of volleyball for female students in the pre-post tests, as well as significant differences for exercises prepared from the subject school (its method followed). The results showed significant differences between the control and experimental groups and in favor of the experimental group in the post-post tests, as the researcher recommends using these exercises to achieve better results in various sports, especially those that depend on competition, and emphasizing the allocation of exercises similar to technique (artistic performance), especially at such age stages. .
