Abstract

The research aims to:

- Identify the concentration of lactic acid after positive and negative rest and the psychological endurance of the Erbil Sports Club cycling players.

- Identify the relationship between the concentration of lactic acid after positive rest and psychological endurance and negative rest after psychological endurance, as well as identifying the differences between lactic acid after positive and negative rest among the players of Erbil Sports Club by cyclists.

The sample of the research was from Erbil Sports Club cyclists for the sports season( 2018-2019). After conducting the tests and treating them by appropriate statistical means, a set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which are the following:

1.The results showed that the concentration of lactic acid after a positive rest in the aerobic capacity of the Erbil Sports Club cyclists varied after measuring it in the different minutes.

2.The results showed a non-significant correlation between the concentration of lactic acid after the positive rest in aerobic elongation and psychological endurance after measuring it in different minutes.

3.The results showed that there were significant differences between positive and negative resting lactic acid concentrations in aerobic elongation and measured in minutes (3, 7, 9, 11)

The researchers recommended the necessity for coaches and cyclists to pay attention to the physiological measurements produced by the research as an indicator for evaluating the functional status of the players during the positive and negative rest in the training curricula, as well as benefiting from the results of the concentration of lactic acid after the positive and negative rest by the coaches because it gives accurate information about the physiological state of the players.
