Abstract

The study aims at building a scale to measure the enhance the environmental sustainability of the scouting rovers. Recognizing the impact of scouting activities on enhancing the environmental sustainability of the scouting rovers of universities and colleges in local communities.

Sample and community of the study are represented by scouting rovers of governmental and non- governmental universities and colleges participating in the seventh scout camp for the Iraqi university rovers in Nineveh Governorate for the period from 3-7/5/2023, amounting to (256) scouts representing (32) universities and colleges.

One of the most important conclusions is that the current scale is a tool for identifying the enhancing of environmental sustainability for university and college scouts. Scouting activities contributed significantly to increasing
