Abstract

Rhythmic gymnastics is one of the most important motor activities that requires female students to have high motor abilities to meet the requirements of performing rhythmic movements, represented by agility, balance and coordination in performing rhythmic movements. Hence, the research problem arises in the presence of weakness in the level of female students' performance, as there is difficulty in performing rhythmic gymnastics movements. Therefore, the researcher decided to reveal the level of female students' performance of some rhythmic movements and motor abilities and to predict what their level of performance of movements will lead to in terms of their motor abilities. The research aims to identify the strength and direction of the correlation between the most important motor abilities and rhythmic movements of female students. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method and mutual and predictive relationships. The research sample included 30 female students from the third stage. The researcher concluded the following: - The results showed that there is a positive relationship between rhythmic movements and some motor abilities among female students. Deriving a predictive equation for movements (cat jump, scissor jump movement, and gazelle jump forward) in terms of motor abilities.
