Abstract

The importance of research in knowing and emphasizing the relationship between both muscle balance, biomechanical indicators and digital level will have great importance in directing the training process in terms of determining the nature, quality and shape of exercises that achieve a better level of muscle balance and biomechanical aspects in line with the requirements of breaststroke and thus achieve a better digital level.

The study aimed to identify the relationship between the muscular balance of the muscles of the upper and lower limps and some biomechanical variables for the stages of tension with arms and pushing the legs to the breaststroke swimmers, and the researcher assumed that there is a direct correlation relationship between the search variables of the breaststroke swimmers, as the researcher followed the descriptive approach in the method of correlation of relationships because of its suitableness the research problem and achieving its goal , as for the research community and its samples, the research sample was chosen in the intentional method , and they are (8) swimmers from breaststroke swimmers for the Iraqi youth team. By conducting measurements and tests in the main experiment by relying on the SPSS statistical bag for psychological and educational sciences to statistically processing, the researcher concluded that there is a direct correlation relationship between the muscular balance of the muscles of the upper and lower limps and the biomechanical variables studied in the stages of the tension with arms and pushing the legs to the breaststroke swimmers.
