The research aims to build a measure in the use of administrative methods in developing financial performance in oil sector clubs, as the use of modern administrative methods is considered to have a positive impact on the development of business in an easily accessible manner through managing funds and planning for the future correctly. Financial performance is one of the topics that preoccupy public opinion and how to maintain it through the use of administrative methods that help maintain the legal management of funds that allows government institutions to access them in a clear and understandable manner, as financial decisions and activities affect the financial situation in general of the administrative bodies in the sector’s clubs oil. Therefore, it is very important for sports clubs to learn how to manage their funds according to coordinated business plans, and improve their financial performance. Financial performance is one of the indicators used to measure the success of financial institutions in terms of financial returns. It is also used as a tool by government regulators to assess compliance with regulatory measures and monitor the overall health of the financial sector, and is often used by investors as a benchmark for performing due diligence and evaluating their investment case.
