The research aimed to identify the speed of the motor response of the players of the Iraqi National Paralympic Committee for fencing on chairs, and it also aimed to determine the degrees and standard levels for the speed of the motor response of the players of the Iraqi National Paralympic Committee for fencing on chairs. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the style of survey and standard studies due to its suitability and the nature of the current study in studying the problem on a sample consisting of (65) players representing (7) committees and (9) clubs affiliated with the Iraqi National Paralympic Committee for chair fencing. They participated in the main experiment. The researchers conducted a field study that included taking the opinions of experts and specialists and investigating the scientific foundations in designing and manufacturing the device. After that, the researchers completed their work by codifying and then extracting the raw grades. The researchers presented and analyzed the results, obtaining different grades and standard levels for the variables of the study.
