Abstract

The importance of the research is evident in explaining the role and importance of the simulation training method on the concentration of blood proteins because this method contains exercises that are similar to competition and have the same effect. Thus, we will provide scientific information studied and according to the results of this research about the role of the simulation method in raising the career level of short-distance swimmers. Giving exercises and applying them in an atmosphere similar to competition will help in shortening the time and effort of the coach and swimmers in training and achieving the required achievements and times, provided that the exercises are effective and bring about functional changes, including the concentration of blood plasma proteins, and this reflects an image of raising the level of the swimmer. The research aims to identify the effect of the simulation method on the concentration of blood plasma proteins in young short-distance swimmers.
