The aim of the research is to prepare an educational curriculum with regular and cooperative exercise and to identify its impact on teaching motor performance for the 4 x 100m mail race for students of Bilal Al-Habashi Primary School.
The research community was identified with students of the sixth stage of Bilal Al-Habashi School / Tarbiyah Al-Mada’in, Baghdad, Al-Rusafa II for the academic year 2019-2020, while the sample included (24) students after the number was (30) students who were deliberately chosen from the novices in teaching performance in the 4x race event. 100 meters of mail within the mentioned school stage. After the researcher made sure of the homogeneity of the sample, it was randomly distributed to two equal groups, and the equivalence procedure in choosing the motor performance evaluation for the 4/100 mail race event, as one of the two groups represented the first experimental group that was taught according to the usual exercise, while the second group used the cooperative exercise in learning it. For the kinetic performance of the 4x100m sprint event. Implementation of the main experiment of the research took five weeks with three educational units weekly after school in extra-curricular lessons in order to prepare the school team for school races in athletics. After the specified period, the test was re-tested and the motor performance was evaluated for effectiveness, where the statistical treatments were conducted using the (spss) bag by adopting the two tests (T) for the independent and linked samples. ) in terms of performance education for the event of the race 4 x 100 meters mail. Accordingly, the recommendations came in the necessity of adopting the cooperative exercise in teaching the novice students the motor performance of the 4×100 meter mail race.
