Abstract

The research aims to identify the level of professional stability of the technical staff of team games participating in the Premier League in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The researchers used the descriptive method, using both survey and correlational methods, to suit the nature and problem of the research. The research community included all members of the technical staff for group games participating in the Premier League in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq, who numbered (161) members, while the research sample represented (155) members of the technical staff for team games participating in the Premier League in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq. The research sample was divided into three samples: the construction sample, which numbered (100) members (62%), the exploratory experiment sample (10) members (6%), while the final application sample (45) members (31%), where the researchers used The questionnaire to collect data and information for the study, and through preparing professional stability, follow all scientific steps. The researchers used the statistical package (SPSS) to analyze the data. The researchers concluded that the members of the technical staff enjoy a very high level of professional stability for team games participating in the Premier League in the Kurdistan Regions - Iraq. The researchers recommend adopting professional stability measures to evaluate the technical staff periodically.
