The effect of Auxiliary tools on cognitive achievement, learning and retaining the skill of spiking volleyball for students

The research aims to use a group of aids in learning and retaining the skill of spiking volleyball, identifying the level of cognitive achievement among students, identifying the effect of aids on cognitive achievement and learning and retaining the skill of spiking volleyball for students. The researcher used the design of the experimental and control groups with pre- and post-tests, and the research population was chosen intentionally, namely the students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences/University of Diyala, the second stage of the academic year 2023/2024, who numbered (177) divided into (5) groups, and the research sample was chosen by the method Randomization by lottery, including the students of Sections (C and B) to represent the two research groups. The researchers recommends emphasizing the use of aids and tools in learning the skills under research, as they are more effective at various stages of learning and are an essential part of the content of the curriculum, and the necessity of using aids and tools in learning other skills in volleyball. Emphasis is placed on the competent authorities concerned with providing tools and aids for learning other skills for individual and group games, and conducting similar studies on different age groups and for both genders in volleyball.
