Abstract

The research aims  to identify the use of various training methods in developing some skill aspects of the fourth stage students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences . among

The researchers used the experimental method for its relevance for the nature of the research, and the research community is  represented by  the fourth stage students for the year (2018-2019), whose number was (30) students, while the research sample was selected by the deliberate method, as it consisted of (20) students, by (10) students who were divided to two experimental and control groups, and (10) players for the purposes of the pilot study were excluded. The following statistical treatments were used: (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, (t) test for linked samples, (t) test for unrelated samples) and the statistical bag was used (SPSS ) To extract the data. The researchers reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which were:        

-That the diversity in the exercises and training  of the experimental group led to showing results with a positive effect on improving the variable under study.               

-The results showed the superiority of the experimental group over the control group in the front scoring variable using various training methods with handball.
