Abstract

The significance of the research lies in the use of various exercises, with or without variable resistances, and for a specific period of time, such as jumping exercises with hurdles  and in different shapes and intensities and a standardized training volume in order to identify the extent of the impact of these exercises on the development of some mechanical aspects and to reach the best achievement according to the performance and an elaborate movement path to improve the running players 400 meters hurdles according to the necessary requirements, which are represented in (the step time of passing the hurdle, the center of gravity of the body and the total completion time for the activity  of running 400 meters hurdles). The research aims  to prepare special exercises and their effect on some biomechanical variables and the achievement of running 400 m hurdles. The sample consisted of a group of  junior players, whose number is (12) players. The sample was divided into two groups          (6 control) and (6 experimental) and those of the age (16-17 years) who train regularly at the specialized School in Baghdad for the year 2019,  selected by the deliberate method from 1/4/2019 to May 31, 2019, by three training units per week (Saturday, Monday and Wednesday) for a total of 25 training units within two months of the start of the main experiment. The appropriate experimental approach was used for the research nature , where the statistical methods were calculated using the SPSS program, then the researcher analyzed and discussed the biomechanical variables specified through the kinematic analysis program (Kinuvia) directly for  400 meters hurdling.
