The importance of research lies in using high-intensity interval training or rapid, repetitive sprint exercises (SIT) called high-intensity (HIIT), which is an improved form of repetitive or interval training with short alternating periods that is characterized by high intensity. Since the true purpose of sports training is for the trainee to achieve the best physical, skill and tactical performance during competition, and in view of the variation in the level of performance due to the use of training methods and techniques according to the experience possessed by the training staff. Since intermittent training has training features, physical, skill and tactical performances similar to those performances that the player is required to perform during competition in terms of intermittent repetitions with short and varying periods of time of high intensity throughout the duration of the match, which is 90 minutes. The research aims to prepare exercises according to the high-intensity interval training (HIIT) method, as well as to identify the effect of the exercises prepared by the researcher on developing the physical and skill abilities under study among the members of the research sample.
