Abstract

The importance of the research was the design and manufacture of a rehabilitation device to rehabilitate non-recurring shoulder dislocation injuries among wrestling and judo players. The problem of the research lies in the lack of standardized and precise devices for rehabilitating this injury. The objectives of the research were to design a multi-motion plank device to rehabilitate shoulder injuries. Rehabilitation exercises for those injured in the shoulder joint. As for the research methodology and its field procedures, the experimental approach was used in a one-group design with a pre- and post-test on a sample consisting of (3) judo players with non-recurring anterior dislocation of the shoulder joint (3 players). The researchers concluded that the use of plank rehabilitation exercises on the designed device had an effective role in advancing the rehabilitation of the shoulder dislocation injury through the emergence of an improvement in the research variables (range of motion variables), and the ability of the designed device to precisely strengthen the muscles working on the shoulder joint, which enables it to During which the development of these muscles is known during the progress of the rehabilitation stages, and the possibility of the designed device to increase the range of motion through the axes, through which it is possible to know the development occurring in the range of motion of the joint during the progress of the rehabilitation stages.
