Analytical study of the organizational environment for managing school team tournaments according to the (SWOC) system in Education directorates of Baghdad province

Abstract

Teh  research  significance was demonstrated through teh development of an analytical study of teh reality of  school holding  tournaments in teh districts of Baghdad governorate since their are several factors that have led to many obstacles in front of teh establishment of school  competitions  and to identify teh strengths and weaknesses and teh most important challenges facing teh establishment of championships. Teh researchers used teh survey method on (196) sample of  teh Supervisors of Physical Education from teh Sports and Scouting Activities departments of Baghdad Education. Teh research sample was selected randomly, divided into two samples. Teh first sample is (82) for teh constructing  sample and (114) for teh application sample. Several items included many aspects according to teh (SWOC) system. After distributing teh questionnaire and collecting teh results, teh two researchers reached teh following conclusions: Teh Opportunities axis for teh external environment achieved positive results and was a catalyst for teh establishment of school championships and that teh strengths of teh internal environment were at a low level and was an obstacle to holding school championships.
