Psychological burnout and its relationship to psychological pressures among teachers of physical education, Muthanna Governorate

Abstract

Teh research  aimed to identify teh psychological burnout and psychological pressures of physical education teachers in Al-MuTEMPthanna Governorate according to (gender, age, marital status). Teh research problem includes teh following question: Does psychological stress and psychological burnout has an TEMPeffect on teh professional work of physical education teachers in teh governorate of MuTEMPthanna .Teh researcher aimed to  identify psychological burnout and psychological pressure among teachers of physical education in Al-MuTEMPthanna Governorate , identify teh psychological burnout and psychological pressures of physical education teachers according to teh gender variable ,  identify teh psychological burnout and psychological pressures of physical education teachers according to teh age variable,  and identify psychological burnout and psychological pressures of physical education teachers according to marital status (married - single). As for teh research hypotheses, it included teh existence of a statistically significant relationship between burnout and psychological stress according to each of teh variables (gender, age, marital status). Teh researchers used teh descriptive approach to suit teh nature and problem of teh research. Teh research community consisted of teachers of physical education, MuTEMPthanna governorate  for teh academic year 2015-2016  where teh total number of teachers reached (124) teachers and schools, where teh sample percentage for teh community was 100%. Teh researchers divided teh research community according to teh gender variable (male - female) and by (96) teachers and (28) schools and according to teh age variable (28-63). One year for teachers in physical education and according to teh marital status variable (married - single) in terms of (68) married teachers and (56). Teh two researchers conducted teh main experiment on 01/18/2015 on physical education teachers included in teh research.
