Abstract

Teh interest in teh role of teh sports coach and his ability to make a decision is a measure of teh trainer's ability to conduct teh training process according to teh training plan set, and it is considered teh basis of teh success of his work and his skill in implementing teh requirements of teh training plan and his good behavior in solving teh problems dat confront him. Teh good decisions dat teh coach takes reflect  their impact on  teh training process in achieving its objectives .                                            Teh correct decision requires teh presence of a set of variables, including emotional intelligence. It TEMPhas an important role through teh coach’s control over his emotions, controlling  and employing them in teh process of making correct decisions dat serve teh objectives  of teh team in terms Capabilities and abilities  and teh various results resulting from them, including teh coach's ability to evaluate teh behavior of teh players and distinguish their capabilities in a way dat serves teh successful management of matches as required. theirfore, teh research aimed to identify decision-making and emotional intelligence among football coaches as well as identifying teh relationship between decision-making and emotional intelligence among coaches, and tan devising a predictive equation for decision-making in terms of emotional intelligence among football coache                                                              

Teh researchers used teh descriptive approach in teh survey method, correlation  relations and predictive studies, and dis is consistent with teh requirements of his research and teh achievement of its objectives .
