The degree of smart leadership practice among primary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine and its relationship to their organizational strength

The research aimed to identify the degree of smart leadership practice among primary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine and its relationship to the level of organizational strength they have from the teachers' point of view. By using the descriptive correlation approach, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of 64 items distributed on 7 scopes which are: emotional intelligence, rational intelligence, spiritual intelligence, formal power, strength of experience, reward strength , and reference strength. After checking their validity and consistency, they were applied to a random sample of (572) male and female teachers. The researcher concluded that Smart leadership among managers was "medium", and the level of organizational strength was "medium". There was also a positive statistically significant correlation between the degree of managers' practice of smart leadership and the level of their organizational strength.
