Abstract

Organizations face some challenges that impose themselves on the work environment and impose changes to keep pace with them. The organization does not work in isolation from the environment in it, as it affects and is affected by what happens from external changes, which in turn impose some internal changes, and organizations cannot stand idly by  in front of these changes.                          The human resources of the organization are the first to be affected by those changes that occur in the external environment, and many crises, whether material, human or technological, result from these changes, by working to develop those human resources within the clubs to confront those that impede the achievement of the desired objectives.  Therefore, the researcher  resorted to  conduct this study.
