Abstract

The researcher relied on the descriptive approach as it is appropriate to the nature of the problem, and the research sample consisted of secondary school principals and specialized supervisors, which numbered (66) principals and supervisors. The researcher used the analysis of variance to reach the following results.

1- The necessity of organizing the school staff in order to achieve the integration of the educational body and to collect the study materials.

2- The director works to achieve interaction between the administration and teachers of physical education on the one hand, and the students' parents on the other hand.

3- The necessity of coordinating efforts between the school administration in order to achieve the exchange of experiences between schools.

4- The departments have an interest in creative students and talented athletes.
