Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of a training program using hospitalization on some physiological variables and offensive skills of the Iraqi table tennis players.

The researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design with one group, and the research community included the Iraqi table tennis players, which numbered (5) players. Blood pulse, and either offensive tests

Forward Leverage Test (from the Long Push - Forward Smash Test)

- The frontal lever test (the spiral in the face of the front racket, and the researcher prepared a hospitalization program, and the duration of the training curriculum was (4) weeks, where the program included (8) training units, and the number of training units was (2) units per week, and the post tests were conducted for the research variables and for verification To verify the validity of the hypotheses, the researcher used the spss statistical bag.
