Abstract

Apparatus gymnastics is a relatively recent type of competitive activity, and it gained popularity in the world in the early fifties, and apparatus gymnastics is a competitive sport for women and men that includes basic general body skills, such as rotation, balance and flexibility, and is performed in a group movement or individually. The researcher believes that the work of the technical committee is of great importance in the advancement of gymnastics, since the championships are the only criterion for judging the progress of the players and the actual evaluation of the work of coaches, administrators and referees in this field.
