The use of strength exercises in an organized manner according to training methods prepared by the researcher and in various forms of strength, such as resistance exercises (rubber ropes, plyometric and ballistic weighting, push and pull exercises), offensive skill-complex performance, and this is what makes its application in a scientific and thoughtful manner of scientific benefit to workers in the field of sports training in football basket and an attempt by the researcher to develop appropriate solutions. As for the researcher's problem, it may lie That the attack is not the main element in the game because of the incorrect standing of the players and the random movements during the attack, and this is a clear and noticeable indicator of weakness in the complex offensive performance, which affects the achievement of points and the loss of the attack.
This is what prompted the researcher to find solutions by preparing strength exercises and designing training aids to help develop some cases of (complex skill performance) for youth basketball players. The research aims to:
1-Preparing strength exercises using the means to develop some cases of the complex offensive skill performance of the young basketball players and designing modern training methods to develop strength exercises using the means to help develop some of the complex offensive skill performance of the young basketball players.
The researcher concluded the following:-
1- There is an overall development of physical abilities through the use of strength exercises, which affected the performance (complex skills) of young basketball players (experimental group and control group).
2-Through what the research results showed, it appeared that there is a clear and real effect of exercises through the use of training tools and means in developing the physical abilities and offensive skills of young basketball players.
