Abstract

The physical pattern of the human being is one of the important requirements for the individual's superiority in motor performance, and attention to physical, skill and psychological abilities regardless of the nature of sports activity and its practice enables the teacher to do his duties in the success of the process of students reaching a better level. The research aimed to identify the level of biorhythm among students of the morning and evening studies in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method, due to its relevance to the nature of the research. The research community consisted of students from Garmian University College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Khanaqin for the morning and evening studies of the stages (second, third and fourth). The sample was randomly selected in the three stages by (6) students from Benin from each stage, and this number was used because of the unequal In the number of students in the morning and evening studies, the sample number reached (36) students. The researchers concluded that the biological rhythm of the morning study students compared to the evening study students showed no differences between them, as most of them were of an irregular pattern.
