Abstract

The  research  significance manifested  in identifying the nature of the university environment and its relationship to the level of academic evaluation for teachers of the College of Physical Education at the University of Babylon and to identify the role of the university environment in their professional performance as well as  identifying  the most important obstacles that prevent the availability of an appropriate environment for the development of this environment and the level of academic evaluation in order to achieve the educational and teaching  process efficiently and effectively. The research aims to                                                                                                       1.Prepare the university environment scale for physical education teachers in the University of Babylon for the year 2018-2019                                                               2.Idntify  the relationship between the university environment and the level of academic evaluation of physical education at the University of Babylon for the year 2019-2018                 

The researcher used the descriptive method of  the survey method. The research sample included 72 teaching staff and professors from the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Babylon  .     nvironment
