Study of the planning obstacles faced by members of the administrative body in the sub-sports federations in Erbil

Abstract

The sports administration aims to direct the staff of the Olympic committees and the directorates of sports activity as well as the concerned sports federations to develop the general level of sports movement for each federation specialized in a particular activity and its employees. The Department in Physical Education and Sports is a process and competencies which  aim at enabling employees in sports organizations to perform the responsibilities assigned to them and according to the requirements of the functions to achieve the objectives of the Directorate or the Sports Federation concerned and specialized in sporting events

The research community  consisted of a sample of some members of the sports associations in Erbil governorate ,total (93) members of administrative bodies for the purpose of measuring or identifying the obstacles of planning facing the members of the administrative body in the sports federations in Erbil. The study was applied to a sample of the study. After collecting and unloading the data, it was processed statistically by the appropriate statistical means namely, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation and the percentage. The following results were reached:

The objectives are not clear to the sports associations and the desires and needs 1.

2.The physical and human resources shall not be implemented and divided according to the general objective of sports activity

The researcher has recommended that:

The  sports federations goals must be clear and meet the desires and needs.1
