Crises facing judo coaches in terms of their psychosocial climate

Iraqi society today is living in different crises because of the many changes that have taken place in different areas of life, and trainers, including judo coaches are part of this society where they are exposed to many psychological pressures and various crises because of the difficult circumstances that Iraq is going through today and the resulting security Economic, social, political and administrativesituation, which in turn, reflected negatively on their performance and achievements. Therefore, the study of the relationship between crises and the psychosocial climate of judo coaches is very important in order to improve the psychological reality of this important segment of the sports community. Therefore, the research aims to identify the relationship between the reality of crises and the psychosocial climate of judo trainers in Iraq, as well as to identify the possibility of predicting the crises facing judo coaches through their psychosocial climate. The research community consisted of (70) judo coaches in Iraq for the sports season (2017 - 2018) distributed in all governorates of Iraq. The research sample consisted of (54) trainers. To measure the research variables, the researchers prepared two measures, one for measuring the crises facing the coaches and the other for measuring the psychosocial climate. The researchers used the statistical package (Spss) to extract the results of the research. One of the most important conclusions of the research is that the two measures prepared by the researchers fit to measure the crises and the psychosocial climate of judo coaches in Iraq, judo coaches live in crises and a good psychosocial climate
