Abstract

Javelin shooting is one of the activities of track and field, which requires special physical and motor qualities in order to maintain theplayer  leveland can progress towards the optimal performance to reach the achievement. The use of weights is one of the means by which we can link physical character and motor skills in a way that is appropriate to the correct movements of performance. The research aims to::

-Detect the significance of differences between the pre and posttests of the control and experimental groups in

Explosive ability and accomplishing javelin shooting)

- Identify the impact of training using weightlifting (explosive power and completion of javelin shooting..

The researcher adopted the experimental approach as it is compatible with solving the problem to be discussed and because it is an important means to reach a reliable knowledge. The researcher used the design of the experimental and control groups. As for the research sample, it was chosen by the deliberate method, a group of students of the phases of the Faculty of Physical Education for the academic year 2015-2016, where the selection of (12)  female students were divided into two groups (experimental) and (control) and by lot (6) female  students for each group.

The researcher used statistical tools for being highly relevant in order to solve the research problem and achieve its objectives and hypotheses, including: - (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T - test for the differences between the interrelated samples (pre - post), measuring the percentage of pre - development test) (For independent sample)
