Abstract

The researchaims to:

.Prepare a dietary guidance program - psychological and applied to a sample of athletes aged 35 - 40 years.-

-.Identify the impact of dietaryguidance program - psychological on developing some physical and functional abilities and the trend towards exercise for men aged 35 - 40 years.

-Identify the impact of the program prepared by the trainer (without dietary guidance - psychological) on developing some physical and functional abilities and the trend towards exercise for men aged 35 - 40 years.

-Identify the differences between the two programs in the development of some physical and functional capabilities and the trend towards exercise for the sample of research.

The researcher used the experimental method by designing two groups, one of them experimental and the second one with pre- and post-test tests. The research sample included the sports practitioners in the (Reband Gym) hall (18) practitioners aged 35-45 yearsby  (9) for each group. The researcher used a number of devices and tools to collect data develop an experimental design for research and determine the physical and physiological abilities and appropriate tests and a scale to measure the growth trend of exercise and exploratory experience of the program prepared, tests,and the preparation of a dietary and psychologicalguidance programdata. The researcher conducted a posttest and prepared program as well as a posttest. The researcher used the statistical means to process data.
