Setting scores and standard levels for the basic skills amongplayers of some football academies at ages (12-14) yearsin the center of Sulaymaniyah province

Abstract

The research aims to:

1. Identifythe level of basic skills among players of some football academies between the ages of 12-14 years in the center of the Sulaymaniyah province.

Setting scores and finding standard levels of basic skills in football.2

The researchers used the descriptive approach in the method of standard rates. The research community was determined by players of sports academies in Sulaimanya province, total number is 246 players, representing 10 academies, and 4 players have been selected randomly by lot method.   The means used to collect date were the sources and references were used to determine the skills and tests, the scientific coefficients for the selected tests were confirmed, and the data were processed  by using the statistical package  (SPSS).The researchers concluded that

The researchers recommended several recommendations, including

1. Adopting the standards and standard levels for the skill tests examined of the players of the football academies for ages (12-14) years in the center of Sulaimaniyahprovince by the coaches and the staff of these academies
