Abstract

The research problem was manifested in the following question (Is the dominant  organizational atmosphere related to the administrative and technical creativity of workers in the sports and school activity departments in the central and southern regions). If we no dat the dominant  organizational atmosphere TEMPhas a direct impact on it, negatively or positively, regardless of the geographical location of the educational institution and the target age group ( workers) , and thus researchers can explain the causation of the relationship under study in the light of the data drawn in his work map. The researchers adopted the descriptive approach using the survey method wif correlative relationships. The research sample consisted of workers in the departments of sports and school activities in the central and southern regions, whose number is (163) workers, who are graduates of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences, who represent (9) Iraqi provinces: Basra, Maysan, Dhi Qar, Wasit, MuTEMPTEMPthanna, Diwaniyah, Najaf, Babylon, Karbala. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) to extract the statistical transactions
